At First Pacific, we’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Lawton, Oklahoma who brings energy, expertise, and a can-do attitude to the table. Every day is a chance to lead, grow, and make a difference in residents’ lives.

What You’ll Do:

As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead by example—ensuring top-tier safety standards, completing service requests, turning units, and mentoring your team. From HVAC to plumbing, appliance repair to electrical, you’ll be the go-to problem solver keeping our community running smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (EPA Cert required, Journeyman preferred)
• Experience managing budgets and maintenance teams
• A dependable, hardworking hands on leader with a positive, team-first mindset
• Comfortable using tech and maintenance software
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and live within 20 miles of the property
• Available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm + On-Call rotation
